This place is a joke. The office has their head up the others you know what! They advertise as pinerest so they can gather new clients but operate under brains so don't let them fools you this whole merger was about money not about the patient. What a joke and I will post this everyday until it's taken care of. So don't let them use the pine rest model fool you Christian Mental Health Services

Got a massive bill coded wrong with my insurance and a clinican who didn't listen even though I stated clearly at least four times in our conversation what I was there for. Save your mental health and go elsewhere.

Rude beyond measure. A woman by the name Michelle and some other front desk lady are very much so non-reciprical when it comes to conversation and they are extremely rude. I know this is by "word of mouth", but take my word from experience, the women who work here are absolutely a detriment and poor representation of this company.

The fact that it takes months upon months and 3 separate appts is wild for some testing that could be done by a computer. It’s all about the money not the patients as is standard for the US health care system.

Staff are incredibly rude. The provider seemed fine which is the only reason for a two star, but their support staff are such a mess that we couldn’t get basic communication. Regularly talking over us on the phone when we had question or just tried to tell them what was happening, they left a voicemail for the billing line and they treated us terribly for calling that number and the blamed a (2nd) two week delay on staff turnover. Not professional, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Dr. Wolff was wonderful. I went in for ADHD testing, and I felt incredibly seen and heard throughout the entire process from the front desk through appointments and testing and results. I left with a better understanding of my mind and actionable next steps. Everyone at BRAINS was very kind and compassionate. Thank you!

At first, I thought the front desk staff were just unnecessarily grumpy; the woman I talked to didn’t actually even respond to my greeting in any way except to look annoyed. Then a patient she knows came in, and it turns out she does know how to smile and speak to people. Who knew?

My daughter was seen by Dr Manor for an evaluation and we are deeply concerned about the report. As another person mentioned, my daughter was accused of manipulating her behavior to get a diagnosis of ASD. She was informed my daughter was off her ADHD medication which altered her presentation. The report was extremely accusatory and not written in a way that showed any empathy or compassion. Afterwards we asked for a meeting to discuss and we were met with even less empathy and compassion. I was extremely proud of my daughter speaking up and telling her how harmed she was but Dr Manor hid behind her degree and years of practice rather than considering that what she wrote and how she behaves effects others. This isn’t a psychologist who truly understands diagnosing and supporting kids and their families.

We are going through an uncertain time regarding cognitive issues that my husband is experiencing. We were fortunately able to get into see Dr. Mike Wolff. Our initial meeting was thorough (as expected), but also kind, humorous, and understanding of the uncertainty we were experiencing regarding the issues my husband was exhibiting. I didn't feel we were being "interviewed", but felt we had a partner that could help us unravel the complex behavioral and psychological issues that we are dealing with. I would not go anywhere else. Whatever the future holds for us, I know we have a partner that will support us and provide guidance that is in my husband's best interest.
