I hate to leave a negative review. One major advantage of this organization is that it is minority- and woman-owned! We’ve also had some great RBTS. Initally, We had a positive experience. However, over time, caseworker turnover and a lack of integrity, serious communication issues and a lack of accountability in addressing reasonable concerns. When we raised issues—such as lack of clarity on billing, or sessions being cut short by tech while still being billed at the full rate, lack of communication on staff changes or office closures, staff not properly communicating with each other to then communicate different versions of info which led to misinfo or comfusion, weeks worth of progress notes not provided since "wasnt saved". Their version of virtual "parent training" converted into sending emails or unverified "phone logs" saying they conducted trainings. We really wanted the partnership to be a success. However, we often felt like concerns were met with defensiveness rather than humility or solutions to make things right.

Jasmine truly cares about each & everyone of her patients. I will recommend breaking barriers every time!
