Awful place! They mixed the behavioral unit in with mental health so anyone trying to recover will hear non stop screaming and fighting. Multiple roaches seen, they force stop your kids medications to "see how they'll react without it" which is absurd, and Multiple escape attempts happened while visiting.
My daughter was her for 2 week and I must say we had nothing but a positive experience here with the staff and nurses. 4 stars because my daughter didn't like the psychiatric that much since he didn't make an effort to fully help her since itd just 1 doctor but the staff, nurses and therapist was very kind to her. She did say the food was bad tho not all the time but most of the time she lost weight there. They also didn't give my baby her prescription meds that I told them about because they didn't give the head nurse the information but finally was taken care of after 3 days. She saidnthe bed was definitely a hospital bed wasnt comfortable. Other than that it's a good place. I appreciate all the staff that was very kind and good to my baby girl.
I feel like Dr. Patel should have him or either his nurse contact me prior to just stopping Alesana's medication! They contact me to start medication they should absolutely have to contact me concerning EVERY medical situation! Im not ok with this AT all !
