I have been working with bridgecare for several months and have never made it past insurance. I have primary and secondary insurance with major carriers and bridgecare was not able to properly submit claims. This caused significant delays in my daughter's therapy and we had to decide to go in a different direction with a different provider who had no issues submitting claims and getting approval. I believe they have great therapist. Unfortunately I was never able to actually work with them because the administration seems to be having challenges and not very mature processes for working with insurance.

Bridgecare ABA worked very hard with my child and did a great job. She has improved a lot and learned new skills, including talking. They are also very flexible with scheduling. I highly recommend Bridgecare—they are excellent.

Deeply Disappointed with Bridge Care ABA – A Caution to Other Families I want to share my experience with Bridge Care ABA Services in Arizona in hopes that it helps other families make informed decisions. I was completely blindsided by the cost of the initial evaluation. I was never given a clear breakdown of pricing beforehand, and later received a bill reflecting a rate of $700 per hour. While I understand evaluations can be expensive, this felt excessive—especially without any prior disclosure. As a parent navigating the complex world of autism services, I expected transparency and support, not financial shock. When I attempted to get clarity on the cost of ongoing therapy, I was repeatedly met with vague responses and no clear answers. For a healthcare provider, especially one working with families who often depend on careful financial planning, this lack of transparency is incredibly frustrating and concerning. Scheduling was another major issue. I communicated our family’s availability several times, yet it was consistently disregarded. Therapy times were suggested that directly conflicted with the schedule I had clearly provided. It felt like there was no consideration or effort to accommodate our needs. Additionally, during one conversation with their scheduling coordinator, I was told something deeply unsettling. She said, “Sarah is really good—you’re getting lucky. I can’t say that about the rest of the people here.” That kind of comment raises serious red flags. It implies that not all technicians working with vulnerable children are equally competent, which is unacceptable in this field. I understand that no company is perfect, but when it comes to the care of children with autism, clarity, professionalism, and competence are non-negotiable. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Bridge Care ABA. Please do your research, ask for all costs in writing upfront, and trust your instincts. Families deserve better.
