My son has a behavioral therapist and music therapist here and both are amazing working with him and his autism and language impairment.
The program has helped my disabled sibling quite a bit the past couple of years. HOWEVER, an employee there, supposed to be a MENTOR, has literally BULLIED my DISABLED sibling for over a year. He has constantly put my sibling down, called him derogatory names, called them fat and lazy, and then the employee has many times tried to coerce my sibling into saying everything is OK or 'cool' to try to prevent them from telling our parents about the employee's behavior. it is PATHETIC that a GROWN MAN it belittling and bullying his CLIENT for his JOB. He should NOT be allowed to work with the public LET ALONE disabled persons - many of whom do not have a voice to be able to speak up for themselves.

It can be a challenge to keep staff in place, but the staff they have are wonderful. They've always been very helpful.
So this place is really ticking me off, tried calling the Lafayette location and the phone number listed DOESNT WORK! Tried MULTIPLE TIMES on MULTIPLE DAYS and still it doesn't work.Tried calling the emergency number they were rude because I guess not having a working number doesnt classify as an emergency. Tried leaving a grievance msg on the grievance line and the mailbox is full. How the heck am I supposed to find out more about them and get my kid seen if theres no working phone or email?!!!
