From the beginning, I've been impressed by everyone here. Erika leads the team with such kindness, and Jeff demonstrates a genuine concern for both the staff and the families. Caitlin, our BCBA, has been exceptional in managing my daughter's programs; she's an excellent communicator, and my daughter adores her. Katie, the OT, creates a safe and trusting atmosphere that makes it easier for me to leave my child in her care. Kalen's engaging personality makes her an ideal speech therapist, and the behavioral tech team brings so much joy to Viviana's experience. She gets excited just pulling into the parking lot!
