My daughter has been receiving her Case Management services from Bright Start through Laurie Gerraputa. We are so thankful for all her professionalism, ongoing dedication, and tenacious effort. Laurie has gone above and beyond in assisting my daughter‘s challenging needs. Because of dedicated organizations such as Bright Start and hard-working staff such as Laurie, our special population truly has a BRIGHTER future Thank you Laurie. Thank you Bright Start!!❤️

we have been with bright start for a while now. we have been through several case managers due to them quitting suddenly. This is not healthy when dealing with someone with autism. i was not notified of the most recent case manager leaving and I can not reach anyone to find out who we will have now and what this means for my son's case.

Brightstar has been a great help for me and my granddaughter. They have a case manager, Miss Kimely Jackson who is awesome. She is patient understanding and goes beyond the call of duty to obtain all which is needed for the proper development of a child. She is also very Knowledgeable with services in the areas and will follow up to ensure that all needs are adequately met.

I have been working alongside Bright Start for over 3 years. We have had trusted, dedicated early interventionists who visit weekly to provide support. They helped us coordinate needed therapies to help my child grow.

My family and I have been working with my son's Early Interventionalist, Alyssa, for about 4 months now, and this entire experience has been amazing. Finding out that my son has development delays has been very difficult for me, and Alyssa has been there every step of the way. From day one, she's been professional, kind, flexible, encouraging, personable, excellent with communication, informative, organized, and ensures that my son has all of the resources he needs to succeed. She's the best! I appreciate her and Bright Start so much for helping us learn, teach, and navigate through this. I'm happy we found them and I'm grateful that we have their services.

Amber Kelley with Bright Start is my son's Case Manager/Early Interventionist. She is the most caring, helpful and knowledgeable person I have ever met. I am honored to have had Amber by our side through it all. She is my HERO!

Tori Melton, is a wonderful case manager and has been most helpful and most supportive out of all the employees I have worked with for my childs case management at Bright Start. She's always willing to help and answer questions and amazing at helping finding resources and options. She's always staying in contact as well reminding us she is there to help if we need anything.

Bright Start has been great with our child's needs. His case manager, Amber Kelley, has always been helpful to make sure he has everything he needs. I know that I can always contact Amber if I ever have questions about different resources. Thanks to Amber, we were able to get information to participate in our first Wings for All event at the airport...and our son got his first experience in an airplane. He loved it! Amber is always very considerate of our needs, and we love having her as our son's case manager.

We started receiving family therapy through Babynet with Bright Start in February 2024. Jessica Veal has helped our family in such an amazing way that we get to understand how our 2-year old toddler thinks. This journey has been as helpful to us as parents as it does our toddler. And it has opened our eyes and made us realize more things about us as parents. Parenting a toddler whose brain is wired differently is no easy feat. And we are truly grateful for the help that Jessica was able to give us.

Using Bright Start has been an absolute pleasure for our family. Our child’s case manager, Tori Melton, has been amazing. She is professional, caring, insightful and goes above and beyond for us. We can’t recommend Bright Start enough!
