Bright Start Therapy

Our daughter loves OT at Bright Start! She is excited to go to her session and Dr. David does tremendous work. We have certainly seen a difference in her abilities. We highly recommend!

Bright start therapy has been great. They have helped not only my child but us as parents aswell by offering advice on how we can help at home. Some of the areas they have helped my child with are emotional regulation, executive functioning, basic hygiene practices, and sensory needs. Staff is kind, constant, well educated in their field, and compassionate.

Bright Start Therapy and Childcare has been an incredible gift to our family. Our son has been there for more than 2 years and has thrived in their preschool and pre-k program. He has also made huge strides and growth and development through the OT program which he can seamlessly and easily access right on site. Bright Start has always felt very professional, thoughtful, and intentional. The high touch support, structure, and care from the current staff and leadership has been sincere and responsive. We receive regular updates through photos and messages. We reach out whenever we need to with questions and updates and teachers respond in a timely, thoughtful manner. It does really feel like we are working as a team to support our son's growth and help him succeed. The care is both balanced in academic and social emotional while also looking at the individual child. Our son had some big growing edges which the team has helped him move through wonderfully. He now shows strengths in both his content knowledge and his growth as a human and continues on a positive trend. In addition to quality education and care there is lots of inhouse enrichment at the moment - music, karate, and opportunities to bring in parents to mark special occasions. My mother was a preschool teacher for many years and I know first hand how challenging the work and the field can be. Quality care and education at this formative age is so crucial to the development of a healthy human and citizen. I have a lot of gratitude and respect for the whole team and Bright Start as a whole. I would highly recommend.

They were forcing My child to stay in a little playpen against his will at 3 and a 1/2 years old because he refused to sleep he had several marks and bruisings including a black eye that lasted 10 days no incident reports were done and nobody can tell us how these incidents happened do not send your kid there they will lie to you about what happens your child ,will not be safe.(pictures explained) They claimed the cuts and scratches below his eye were from bumbing his head with another toddler. Claims he didn't cry and that there was no bleeding. . Cleary can see a hand imprint on his leg. Unexplained bruising on his chest. Looks like an adult sized hand pinching ,pointer, middle and thumb. A black eye that lasted 10 days. No one can explain how this happened. A picture of his lips. false claim that he did this to himself eating. No incident reports were filed and was lied to that they were..

My son has been seeing Ms. B at Bright Start for about 2 years now and absolutely loves it. His speech has not only improved but so has his confidence in speaking with peers and adults. It has been truly a pleasure to have Ms. B on my son’s team working towards improvement.

They are amazing with kiddos

We love Bright Start OT. I like how they let the kids work together to experience social situations and differences. My daughter looks forward to her visits and everyone here is friendly.
