My experience with this company was traumatic to say the least! After waiting almost a year for services, the therapist that was provided was completely untrained and had absolutely no knowledge of the tasks she was supposed to perform! The company did not bother to follow up or provide another therapist!
First week and the provider haven't been here in 2days ...first week..I'm not sure if that's professional or I'm not sure but we can continue I guess
