From the very first meeting, we knew we were incredibly lucky to be working with Lacresia Elliot. We immediately felt comfortable speaking with her, as if we had known her longer than we had. She has such a warm, welcoming, and easy going presence, while still being extremely thorough and staying on top of everything she does. During an incredibly overwhelming time — navigating delays and early signs of autism — she has shown endless patience, compassion, and understanding. She never once made us feel like a burden, no matter how many times I asked the same questions, and she always makes it clear that she truly wants what is best for both my son and our family. One moment that meant more to us than words can express was when she went out of her way to sign my son up for Christmas gifts and personally hand deliver them, along with pull ups, knowing we were struggling. That kindness came straight from the heart and will never be forgotten. She is hands down the best social worker we have ever had, and the support she has given us has made such a meaningful difference in our lives. We are beyond grateful for Lacresia’s dedication, care, and genuine compassion.

We are so happy with the progress that my younger sister has made with Ms Dana during early intervention. She has gone from saying no words to bursting with vocabulary.We have learned so much from the services that we will continue to use.

Lacresia Elliott has been an absolute blessing to our family. As the social worker for my baby through Early Intervention, she consistently goes above and beyond in everything she does. She is attentive, compassionate, and always makes sure that both my baby's needs and my needs as a foster parent are fully met and I mean fully met. Lacresia is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive. She takes the time to explain things clearly, follows through on every concern, and truly advocates for what is best for the child. It's clear that she genuinely cares and is deeply committed to her work. I am so grateful for her dedication and professionalism. Having someone like Lacresia on our team makes a world of difference, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Our family is so thankful for all the care and expertise provided by Natalie OT! For over a year she provided 1:1 supports and education to develop a positive association with mealtime and food for my son. She is very creative, welcoming, and highly organized and communicative for scheduling. Towards the end of our time together - my son would say "Ms. Natalie is my favorite!". Forever thankful!
