Brighter Strides ABA Therapy

Brighter Strides has been an amazing company to work with. The communication and training that my family has received to better the life of my child has been irreplaceable.

It was a pleasure and great experience working with Brighter Strides ABA! My girls have come a long way since I started.

From the first day I called Brighter Strides, I immediately noticed their attentiveness and kindness. Everything moved very quickly so that my child could start his therapies soon. They are a team of kind people dedicated to their work. They have listened to my concerns about my child's needs and addressed them. I must mention that my son is in excellent hands. He has a wonderful BCBA, Keira, also the great Sam, and above all, the best RBT (Diana) that my child could have. I have complete confidence and peace of mind knowing that my son is in good hands, and that makes me feel calm because I know that my son is doing well and that little by little, positive progress will come thanks to the best team!.

From getting things scheduled to the evaluations everyone has been very professional and kind!

If I can give this company 0 stars I would, Just like the last reviewer said The same thing happened to my child. My aba therapist has been unreliable the behavior analyst has been unreliable as well. I tried calling upper management and received no response but they are still billing my insurance lying stating that they seen my child when they haven't.

We’ve been receiving in-home therapy services from Brighter Strides for over a year, and our experience has been very positive. Both the supervisor and the therapist have been patient, professional, and genuinely committed to understanding our child’s unique needs. They also respect our preferences as parents, which has made the process feel truly collaborative. The entire team consistently goes above and beyond to create a supportive and personalized environment. We also appreciate their flexibility with scheduling. While we understand that therapists have their own lives and occasionally need adjustments, which we’re happy to accommodate, it might be a consideration for families who need a more rigid schedule. Overall, we’re grateful for the care and dedication Brighter Strides has shown our family.

We are so grateful for the incredible care and support our child received at Brighter Strides. Over the course of his time in ABA, we saw tremendous growth in his social skills, communication and emotional regulation. The progress he made was beyond what we hoped for, and it’s been amazing to watch him gain confidence and independence. A huge part of that success was thanks to the thoughtful and intentional approach of his BCBA. She always made sure he was paired with the RBT who would best support his needs at any given time, and those decisions made a real difference in his experience and progress. He truly looked forward to going to ABA, and it's bittersweet to see him "graduate." While we're so proud of how far he's come, he’ll definitely miss the friends he made and the positive, supportive environment at Brighter Strides. Thank you for everything — we couldn’t have asked for a better team to walk this journey with us!
