Brighter Strides ABA Therapy

We’ve been receiving in-home therapy services from Brighter Strides for over a year, and our experience has been very positive. Both the supervisor and the therapist have been patient, professional, and genuinely committed to understanding our child’s unique needs. They also respect our preferences as parents, which has made the process feel truly collaborative. The entire team consistently goes above and beyond to create a supportive and personalized environment. We also appreciate their flexibility with scheduling. While we understand that therapists have their own lives and occasionally need adjustments, which we’re happy to accommodate, it might be a consideration for families who need a more rigid schedule. Overall, we’re grateful for the care and dedication Brighter Strides has shown our family.

I needed in home service and brighter Strides was very responsive and quick to assign my son a therapist. They have a high therapist retention rate and their therapists are good.

The people who have shown up for my son have made in impression, and my boy is hard to impress so once he is comfy and he became comfy day one with his support he enjoys her company so much.! Over the course of just two days she has made an impression on him.!

The Bright Strides team has worked tirelessly to ensure that Daniel advances in every area he needs. They have designed sessions with clear and achievable goals tailored to him. All of Danny's accomplishments are a direct result of the team's dedication and the ongoing support we've received as parents. The administrative team has also been incredibly responsive, addressing any questions or concerns we've had in the shortest time possible. I have nothing but gratitude and positive feedback for the exceptional service we've received.

Disappointed with brighter stride ABA Service I want to share my experience with Brighter Stride, as I believe it’s important to other parents to be aware of potential issues. Unfortunately, my time with this company has been frustrating. Here are the main concerns: 1. Frequent break in therapy 2. Lack of preparation 3.poor communication: when I reached out to management about this issues, I felt my concerns were dismissed.The focus seemed to be more on accommodating the therapist rather than addressing the needs of my child. I hope this review helps other parents make informed decisions. Consistency and quality of care crucial in ABA therapy, and my experience with Brighter Stride did not meet these expectations. Please, don’t be trust 5 star all employ and BCBA. Be careful🥹
