Brighter Strides has exceeded our expectations! Our daughter is 14 years old and has made more progress this past year through their in-home ABA services than she has her whole life in any other program or school she’s attended. We could not be more grateful!

We’ve been using Brighter Strides for the last two years and we love it! My son loves his therapists and he’s making so much progress! I recommend them to anyone looking for in home ABA services!

If you’re a parent who has ever walked a hard path with your child’s health—this is for you. I’ve been through the ups, the downs, the medication trials and tapers, the hospitalizations, the endless school calls, emails, and texts. I’ve felt the pain of isolation, the tears, the depression. Since starting services with them, and more importantly, with the right team, my son has gone from 50 aggressive behaviors in an hour to five or fewer a week. Sometimes even none. To Hannah and Kuri, our BCBA and RBT, you have not only changed my son’s life, you have saved my mental health as a parent. You’ve brought peace and hope back into our home. Every gut instinct I followed, every time I pushed back or pressed harder, it paid off. Keep fighting the fight. Be willing to grow and adapt alongside your child. There is always more to learn. And there is help out there that does work, Brighter Strides is proof of that. ABA therapy, when done right, with the right people, alongside proper medication and parent training, is a game changer. I called this place and spoke to a representative several times, providing them with our personal info and insurance information. They were supposed to come out and do an initial assessment and ghosted us. I called to ask what happened and that representative said they would find out and get back to us. It never happened. I feel like this is a scam, and now i'm worried because they have our personal info. If this is a legit business they are very poor at following through and communicating. Otherwise this is a SCAM, so beware!

So, if you have tricare don’t put it as your primary. They literally blew up my phone for days and knew that we had Tricare. Only to tell me they’d be reaching out to start services soon and ran it etc. My son also has Medicaid as a back up to cover services tricare won’t he always has. They get us excited tell us services will be starting only to call me and tell me he won’t be getting services because of their policy. Don’t bother with them if you’re a military affiliated family.

Our RBT is amazing. She is calm in teaching and helping my child. She is very respectful and willing to go with the flow. Very good at communicating concerns and praising my child where it is needed.

So far ABA with Brighter Strides has been amazing! They have helped our child reach goals that other ABA Companies have not been able to. They’re helping our child learn day to day functions in a happy, safe and healthy environment. I think the main difference between Brighter Strides ABA and the others we’ve used is their RBT’s. These individuals have been outstanding when it comes to teaching and actually caring about our child and their future. Not only do they teach these valuable day to day activities but they’re also teaching us parents how to handle situations, especially the tougher situations, which I can say has been invaluable information. The employees in general have all been above and beyond our expectations, from the RBT’s to the office staff. So very pleased we’ve found Brighter Strides! The impact they’ve had on our child’s life (as well as ours) will last a lifetime.

It's been a real journey since my 4-year-old daughter was diagnosed with autism. I was searching tirelessly for in-home ABA therapy and everyone had a ridiculous waiting list.
