We are so grateful for the love, patience, and dedication shown to our grandson throughout his time here. The support he received made such a meaningful difference, and his progress truly wouldn’t be the same without the incredible care from this team. Thank you for always communicating with us and making sure we had access to everything we needed. We genuinely appreciate all the time, effort, and compassion poured into our grandson. We will always be thankful for you!

This is why the company is not accredited with the BBC that alone for any parent wanting to send there child here needs to know, also please please look into the aba businesses before sending your child to any one of these businesses to ensure its truly about the children and not just a paycheck. Just my opinion.

If I could post zero stars I would. I just dont understand how a business can conduct themselfs the way this place does and is still open! My neice has been waiting for 7 months to get into this place and has done everything that has been requested just to be told that they have to start all over due to having to reschedule. I just dont understand how a place who deals with children who have ADHD/Autism outburst and meltdowns and breakdowns because of the littlest changes can treat us like this. You would think they would be understanding and supportive. So im looking at it like this everything happends for a reason and that this place is clearly not a good place for my neice let alone any other child if this is how they are treated. I just dont want any other family to make the mistake we have in waiting so long just to be treated this way!

My granddaughter waited roughly 7 months with them giving me excuse after excuse as to why it was taking so long including them telling me her insurance would not cover the therapy and they were having same problem with other children with that insurance, so I even tried to change insurance but before the new insurance could start within two weeks (this is after 5 months of waiting already) of changing our original insurance decided to approve the therapy so I had to rush and change it back (thank gosh it was by coincidence open enrollment). So after waiting close to 7 months they called had an opening for the assessment so of course anyone in my place would jump to it we had been waiting months, however I didn't take in to account she would have a severe meltdown because she is diagnosed with autism level 3 with adhd and would refuse to ride with the person who would normally drive her so we had to drive our vehicle which cut off halfway there ( my luck) so I call tell em leave 3 messages then they finally call me back, now remind u my granddaughter still having meltdown and im rushing and agree to reschedule on Tues. 1 p.m. but because i was rushing i never verified her ride could take her on that day. Unfortunately her ride could not so I sent email and texts 26 hours before the appointment THATS BEFORE 26 HOURS BEFORE A DAY WHICH IS REQUIRED, they told me if we missed that appointment they would stop her process of starting. I could see if I canceled an hour before or even 23 hours before but I tried to reschedule 26 hours before her appointment. My personal opinion they have shown me they do not seem to care about the children who need help and have been waiting for months or their families who try so hard everyday to find the help we need for our children. Sad I really thought at first they were worth the wait but should have read Google first (again my bad)

The team at Brightstone Therapy is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to both their clients and one another. The environment always feels so uplifting and encouraging! My son has been attending Brightstone therapy since about a week after they first initially opened up. This therapy center is really great for children with autism. They work with you and your child. One on one trainings. It’s amazing. We see the progress that my son and the goals that he has met . If you have Medicaid they definitely will take it . Thank you again bright stone team

Brightstone is such a great place to work! I have been here since February of 2024 and have felt supported since day one by my direct leadership and the senior leadership in the company. They really listen to you, and they make an effort to improve operations/clinical policies to best serve the clients and the employees! Joining the Brightstone team was one of the best career decisions I've ever made.
