Wish I could give more information on the care and program this establishment gives but they NEVER got back to me. I was excited as it’s in the area close by so I stopped in to see if I could get a quick tour or information on their services. It was early afternoon and a gentleman eventually approached me when I walked in while a couple other ladies stood quietly. We told him what we were there for and he offered to give us a quick tour and a brochure. No problems there. We saw a couple rooms including the eat in area. It was organized and clean from what I could see. At the end of the tour, I made it clear I would like my son to start soon and he assured me there was no waitlist. We walked back to the front, one of the staff members asked me questions about my health insurance, I gave her the card information, my name and phone number as she said she’d need to speak to the owner to check what my payments/coverage would be. I said that would be fine. The following day I received a voicemail that they needed more information. I called back and unfortunately there was a little bit of a language barrier. I answered more insurance questions and she asked for the last 4 of my SSN. I provided my e-mail and told her please send all information to that address so we can get services set up. She made it seem like I would hear back soon. RADIO SILENCE! Here we are over a month later: No e-mail. No follow up call. No service. I feel like they wasted my time and to ask personal information and not follow up is very unprofessional.

These women are the best people you could possibly be around they are very loving caring and so helpful, my daughter has been coming her for the pass 3 months and it’s been life changing, they choose the therapist for your child that is perfect for them and their needs 🫶🏼 they are literally are family now . I wouldn’t pick no another place to help my child at ! 5 stars all the way ! ♥️🙏🏼
