I had an amazing experience and staff has been wonderful. They have helped me when struggling with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Could not have been more grateful for this place.
I got discharged today from here. The staff here is amazing, they helped me with resources I needed but couldn't do on my own. If you are ever in need of help have your Doctor put in a referral. To all the staff at Broadway Crossings THANK YOU for everything.
I have had a wonderful experience at this place. I feel safe with the staff and clinicians. They not only provide a bed they also provide help with medication issues, groups focusing on using coping skills and meditation techniques, daily clinician visits and also home cooked dinners nightly. Individual plans are implemented and staff supports everyone with reaching their set goals. The bottom line is the entire team works in such a way as to show an act of compassion and understanding in a society that tends to minimize a person’s mental health crisis situation. It is a safe haven because it is nonjudgmental.
I went to this facility for 2 weeks and it helped me get centered and put me in contact with resources that I found myself overwhelmed with doing on my own. I’m beyond grateful for the experience this facility gave me. I’ve been to a few facilities in my life and this one was different and changed my perspective. I’m 24 and I’m in recovery and broadway crossing gave me a perspective change during a hard point in my life. The connection with peers and staff mixed with professional help and understanding was exactly what I needed. It works if you work it. Thank you broadway crossing!!!!!
I’ve been here for a week now and it’s great, it’s just like a house, but with trained staff in a central hub 24/7. They’re all really nice, and fairly relaxed. The bedrooms are private, so no worries about a roommate, there’s 2x bathrooms that are shared, but everyone cleans up after themselves so it’s always tidy. There’s an open kitchen that you can use the food they buy, and/or food you bring. You’re allowed to bring and keep your phone as well as a laptop/tablet. They even said I could bring my desktop gaming pc if I wanted to, they say as long as it’s therapeutic and not dangerous, then it’s allowed. There’s an art room, and living room that make up the common space along with the kitchen. They have tv with basic cable and a Roku stick with all the streaming staples like Netflix, prime, and Disney+. Breakfast and lunch you’re on your own for, but they prepare a dinner every night. Staff will pick up prescriptions and drive you to and from appointments, they offer group outings so you can shop for personal supplies if needed. I have no idea what the other reviewers are complaining about. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that’s mentally/emotionally exhausted and needs a break from life, to ask your doctor for a referral here.
Unfortunately I had to go to Broadway crossings again but fortunately Broadway crossings was still a safe haven for me.. as far as a Google rating I would give it five stars plus!!!. As with anything you get what you put in. Broadway crossings has The kindness and the support to those in need I will forever be grateful. ✌️😎✌️
