Brookhaven is a nice little town in Robloxia, although the constant annoyance of your next door neighbors roleplaying might be a deterrence, the fact that you can just get a tank for free really outweighs it.

1. 19 NYCRR § 600.5 (Recreation & Public Access) This is the New York State regulation that codifies Coastal Policies. The "Year-Round" mandate is drawn from two clauses: • Policy 19: Mandates that water-related recreation resources be protected and increased so they may be "fully utilized" by all the public. The DOS interprets "fully utilized" to mean access should meet "reasonably anticipated public recreation needs," which includes off-season activities like fishing, walking, and birdwatching. • Policy 20: Explicitly states: "Existing access... to existing public coastal lands and/or waters shall not be reduced... unless such reduction is necessary for public safety or protection of fragile resources." “Off season” closures are included under “reduction”. Everyone needs to call the NYS department of state and report the violation!!!!

I called with a question. Whoever answered was absolutely so rude with an attitude. I did not understand what she was saying so I needed further explanation and she was so nasty to me. I’m disgusted with this community service

They are amazing

Had a 4pm hearing time. When I arrived they were finishing up a complicated 2 am case. Waited 2 hours but got my variance approved. The board members were fair and very nice.
