Brothers was first recommended to me by a plumber, and told me they were great so I gave them a shot. From the beginning, Reid was so helpful and informational about the situation going on. He really went above and beyond with his inspection to make sure what needed to be done and was informative throughout each step of the project. Once we decided to move forward with the project they were available the next day, but also worked with our schedule. After the project was done they were clear with communication and next steps. Definitely recommend their team for whatever you might need!

I would highly recommend Brothers Restoration! We’ve had health issues come up that link to mold sources in our home. I was looking for a remediation company that would be honest and thorough in addressing the problem areas in our home. After vetting various other companies, I chose to work with Brothers Restoration because they are IICRC WRT certified and felt the most honest and knowledgeable. Tanner was very professional, personable, and responsive. Reid and Connor were likewise, very professional, timely, and communicative through our relatively small crawlspace remediation project. They took the time to listen and thoughtfully respond to all my questions and concerns. I will definitely be returning to Brothers Restoration for our other remediation needs.

Ok. Where do I start? Let me say this first. We had a lithium ion battery fire caused by a solar power generator that exploded inside my husband's work trailer, in our garage. If you are thinking of going with another company other than Brother's, let me save you the time. Don't do it. Please don't do it. We have been dealing with JUST the remediation process for 6 months, and haven't yet gotten to rebuilding due to horrible companies that took advantage of a messed up situation. Making it worse. We have worked with A1 Restoration- awful. Very unprofessional. They didn't help us at all. Allklean, even worse! They took 30k from our insurance and didn't clean barely anything. We have pictures and receipts to prove all of it and almost took them to court...we finally, FINALLY landed with Brother's Restoration, and I wished we had gone with them from the jump! All these other companies gave a bunch of empty promises. I know not every person that works for these companies are bad, but man. We really were run through the ringer, and the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Nick and Tanner with Brother's came in and saved the day. After a HORRIBLE experience with A1 and AllKlean, Brother's restoration came in and helped us out tremendously. Nick was AMAZING through the whole process. He went above and beyond to help us. Coming after hours to make sure the job was done RIGHT, THE FIRST TIME! He was so responsive and has offered even to help with things they weren't even required to help with. He still maintains contact as we are now working through the rebuilding process and has still offered to help us out. I am so grateful for Tanner and Nick. Also Reed was wonderful. Tanner was so honest. Nick was also extremely honest, kind and helpful and also did an amazing job on the cleanup that had to take place after "Allklean" came in and "cleaned" (which they didn't). So was Reed. I'm so grateful. This industry is FULL OF FILTH and not in the way of contamination, but just the sheer greed and advantage being taken of innocent people I've seen is grotesque. It's good to know there are still companies that actually just want to help people genuinely get their lives back and I've found that in Brother's Restoration. All the other companies just want money. They work for the insurance, or they work for themselves. Despite promising otherwise. Do yourself a favor. Hire Tanner and Nick with Brother's Restoration. They will help you. Genuinely help you get back to normal and they will do it right. The first time. Saving you stress, money, and hell with the insurance companies etc. Thanking the Lord for them stepping in. Nick, thank you so much for all you've done to help us and continue to do. Tanner, thanks so much for helping us and dealing with this nightmare situation that you had to come in and fix. Thank you Reed for all your help and advice too! Bless you guys.
