We toured a bunch of places, but the BBR center blew us away. Clean, bright, good vibes. I can drop my son off or chill in the waiting room with coffee—super convienent. Staff is kind every single visit.

Whole process was smooth. Julie from the office answered all my 100 questions and spoke Spanish for my mom—big help. Assessment got done faster than promised. Mallory & Justin are already working with our little guy, feeling hopeful.

My kiddo started with BBR last fall and no joke the difference is wild. The therpists roll up to our house like they’re part of the family. They’re flexible when naps run late, and they even taught me a quick trick for getting shoes on without tears. My son’s now pointing, signing more, and actually sharing his trains. Didn’t think I’d ever type that sentence. BBR, you rock five stars, easy.

If you’d told me a year ago my daughter would survive a full Target run without a meltdown, I’d have laughed in your face. But here we are! Building Block Resolutions has been coming over 3 4 times a week, coaching us while also letting us be, well… human. The supervisors is there weekly and the parent coach lets me vent as well as teaching me practical skills his notes aren’t filled with fancy jargon; it’s stuff like try this at snack or skip that cartoon, makes transitions harder. Simple, works. Couldn’t ask for a better crew highly recommend!

I highly recommend Building Block Resolutions. I found them to be professional, knowledgeable and skilled. I have been able to utilize the information taught on a daily basis.

This place is a waist of time they expect you to do their job and Maria as a manager what I can say for her is not very professional and also not a lot of skills in this type of area of business. Her staff will be call you and text you to do what they should be doing their job. I don't recommend this place for anyone that needs ABA therapy. My son is 7 and never got ABA services from them at all.
