After sending all the information like intake package, my son school IEP, ABA referral, insurance, and CDE, they stated that they can’t take him because he don’t have his “full CDE”. Mind you, he been seen here before without the full CDE. I feel like it’s already hard to find a good ABA therapist and they would put you through hell. So, do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time trying to get service from this place.

This company had me on a waiting list for services after confirming they took my insurance over the phone. Over a month later, -after filling out their new patient intake package CLEARLY SPECIFYING my insurance with the ID#, they call me to tell me oops, we made a mistake, we don’t take your insurance. I sent them all of the intake paperwork specifying exactly what my insurance was. How unprofessional and a waste of my time!!! You shouldn’t play around with parents and their children with disabilities. Beyond horrible.

Quiero empezar esta reseña con todo el agradecimiento para los empleados de Metrowest office / mi hija asiste a esta clínica desde finales de noviembre 2023 y el cambio en ella ha sido maravilloso / Lany es excepcional , su profesionalismo su dedicación y su forma de explicar las cosas es sencilla pero directa / los terapistas de mi hija Rianne e Ian 💜💜💜💜 son personas maravillosas que mi hija aprecia y ella es tan feliz que ir a sus terapias que no lo ve como eso, sino como diversión , para mí han sido una bendición pero para mi hija y nuestra familia ustedes son fundamentales en su desarrollo GRACIAS y que Dios los bendiga en su labor sigan así y sigan ayudando a tantos niños 💜💜💜💜💜 soy una mamá eternamente agradecida con ustedes porque veo los frutos de tanto esfuerzo Gracias y mil veces gracias
