Never actually got an appointment. Lots of promises that I would be called with an appointment, but no return call happened. I was even told, after me calling again, that I would be called a specific day, also never happened.

You know if someone really needs a provider and is paying cash why is it sooooo expensive. I mean you get your money thru ins companies so the cash paying clients should get it for a bit cheaper. I mean $150 to $275 wow who has that to spend on 45 min session. This place is too expensive for me. Most places around here are $120 and up. I am not low income so I do not qualify for low income services.

I struggled finding the right fit for a counselor for many years until I found Derek. He works with me and has helped me through many tough situations. Without his effective counseling I don’t know where I’d be.

I have been seeing micheal burke off and on for 35 years. As well as my wife and my daughter. I honestly don't know how bad our lives would of turned out over all these years if it wasn't for him always being their for me and my family. He is the most honest and caring man I have ever meet. And very smart. Do we always agree and get along. No. But 90% is good enough for me. He is their to tell you the truth in what he sees and hears, and what he believes is best for you. That's what he's supposed to Do.That's what anyone is really looking for, that really needs real help. I've been told by many and believe in my heart as well, he is the best in town. Is he easy to get in and see. NO. That's why he's the best!!! He is almost like a 2nd dad to me and thank God for him. I trust him with my life and family, and still am seeing him now. No I'm not all messed up! Well no more than most people. With 4 kids, 7 grandkids, sick parents and dealing with life and all it's many up and downs, you need someone like Mike by your side. THANK YOU MIKE!

Trying to get an appointment at this place is the most strenuous process due to BOTH office ladies. I am sure the counselors are amazing here, but to have the first step to seeing them be so difficult is outrageous. Highly recommend getting employees that behave accordingly with the environment they are working in! Very unprofessional as well as unhelpful for people seeking to begin counseling!
