I cannot say enough wonderful things about Butterfly Effects. From day one, Jodi Noel took the time to truly understand my child’s needs and created a personalized plan that helped us see real progress. We have had the pleasure of working with two specific therapists who have been life-changing for us. Claire sees my daughter daily and every morning she is smiling with positive encouragement, even if my daughter is giving resistance getting out of the car. Of the many years we have struggled to find ABA therapy I have never met a more compassionate dedicated team! Jodi, Claire and Valerie use creative and compassionate techniques that keep my child engaged and motivated during sessions. We’ve seen huge improvements in communication, social interactions, and everyday routines. Our family feels incredibly supported, and we’re so grateful to have found them, skilled and passionate about helping children reach their full potential. My 8.5 year-old son has been receiving ABA therapy through Butterfly Effects for over a year. My son has thrived from the therapy he has received from his therapists, Rebekah and Gordi. They care about my son and have been instrumental in his progress. Additionally, kudos to the billing department, in particular Chandra Grant. She has been phenomenal in helping me address underpayments from my health insurance carrier.

In October it will be a year that my daughter has been attending Butterfly Effects & we couldnt be happier with her progress. She’s doing amazing & we love both her RBT’s Tish & Tan. We are so thankful.

Poor communication, on boarding staff has no empathy or experience. Turn over large!

Be aware of this place. My experience with them has been nothing but bitter. From the company not being able to provide seevices for the hours approved to Rbts cancelling at the last minute. Rhe rbts assigned to my child were mostly newly hired and inexperienced. Just one rbt was really sweet and kind though still inexperienced. Now they're coming after me for unpaid invoices the insurance refused to pay. They even called me to say that there are unpaid co pays

Butterfly Effects in Boca have the best therapists and BCBA. Especially Guadalupe, Andrade who is very skilled and patient. She can gas that she really has a love for children on the spectrum. Shekeen and Bianca are very dedicated to their jobs with assisting their BCBA implement behavioral plans! Great job!
