I got evaluated for autism here in February I had called a year prior to set an appointment. When I finally got there for my evaluation they said it would take two to three weeks for my results. I still have not received anything and every time I call they tell me that the person in charge of my report will call me. Well they haven’t and I’ve called multiple times. It’s been 6 months and nothing. Don’t go in as an adult to get evaluated.

They fired the only interventionist my child bonded to Haley was incredible now i have to begin the process all over again.

DON'T USE THEIR ABA SERVICES. I DON'T RECOMMEND! May 2025: My child was a client from 2018-2019 and had an awful experience with this place. When y'all read reviews please BELIEVE THEM. Don't play when it comes to your children. Don't get scared because you just got a diagnosis for your child and think you have hurry and put them in therapy. Take your time to find a place that has your child's best interest in mind.

We are very happy with the services being provided. They are very punctual and communication is great. Keep in mind that getting ABA services is a process, but worth it!

Unprofessional and take forever to get back to you! My son waited a whole year for an appointment we attended it and we still have yet to receive his report back. I call and call and it's always oh we haven't heard anything yet. Jasmine and Karina claim that Nadia is the overall supervisor and I could not speak to anyone else then they slipped up and said Saul was but refused to give me his contact info, ext nor would they transfer me to leave him a message they simply said Nadia would give me a call back still no call from her no report on my sons evaluation and they won't answer my calls. They don't care about the children nor their special needs. Ladies in the office do better if you don't care about helping than you shouldn't work in an environment like this. If I could give you negative 5 starts I would! Don't take your child here it's not worth it and they don't even complete what they start. Sad.

As someone who works in the medical field and has also worked with special education students I do not recommend this place AT ALL. They do not care about your child regardless of what they say because their actions prove otherwise. I was referred out in July of 2022. I called and scheduled same month and was scheduled for December of 2022. I was rescheduled twice soon after making that appointment for 01/2023. I took my child in for an evaluation in hopes of getting results before the next upcoming school year but it doesn't seem likely. We are now entering month 4 of no results. I am not understanding the way this company runs. There is absolutely no structure or sense of urgency. My child's primary physician has requested records and also received no response from them. That's the equivalent to my patients needing help and me waiting until I felt like it to help them MAYBE. There needs to be some sort of revaluation with all employees because it seems as if they are in the wrong profession. I never leave reviews EVER, but my kids and their health and education are my priority and at this point I feel like this "company" is playing games. Each time I call the lady who goes over everything is always out of the office. I leave VM no responses. So its clearly a staffing issue. Not dependable. Every other place I have contacted gives 1-2 weeks MAX for results so I am not understanding why it is taking months. I need someone to contact me and I would like Records faxed over as soon as possible completed or not. I can provide a phone number and fax number where they can be sent. This is so unprofessional and the worst patient care I have ever experienced. Take your kids somewhere else cause you'll get absolutely no where with these people.
