Capable Cubs- Autism Center & ABA Therapy in Paramus, NJ

We have the pleasure of collaborating with Capable Cubs to support shared clients, and our experience has been consistently positive. What stands out most is their collaborative approach. The staff at Capable Cubs values communication and teamwork across disciplines, which allows for more consistent care and stronger outcomes for families.

My daughter has shown such a vast improvement in such a short time. Truly a gem and actually a 1 to 1 experience for our kiddos. Hoping more places like this open, truly a blessing.

Words cannot begin to explain the love I have for this place. I trusted them with my 2 boys who are polar opposites. One began his journey sensory seeking, social, speech delay , adhd the other quiet, anxious, played by himself a lot, speech delay, loved the same routine, didn’t understand pretend play and capable cubs nailed it with their programming and collaborative approaches with OT and Speech. They are always available, extremely responsive and transparent. Every child gets an individualized program that meets their needs. Both of my kids have grown so much. We would not have made all of this progress using our previous ABA provider. They are flexible and want as many opportunities for your child to be in the community as possible. They will recommend outside programs to explore with your child and most importantly they CARE. This is not a clock in click out environment. They truly want to see your child succeed and meet goals and when they do they are cheering right alongside you and when things aren’t going so well their doors and phone lines are always open to discuss challenging behaviors. My oldest has since graduated and they were extremely helpful in the IEP process and meeting I felt supported the entire time and knew that I didn’t need to hire an outside advocate. Our BCBA knew my child so well she was not only able to advocate but gave program suggestions that the school uses to this day. I’m preparing for my youngest to graduate cubs and I feel the same support as I did the first time around. My hope is that any parent reading this makes the call and tours the facility which is spacious, clean, and bright. We’ve gone to many different center based ABA providers and no one has the layout and cleanliness that capable cubs has.
