I’ve been sitting in the parking lot for 2 and a half hours waiting for my girlfriend. Come to find out the therapist wasn’t even there. This place is a complete joke. As I’m writing this I’m still in the parking lot and texting my girlfriend while she’s been in there crying because the doctors don’t communicate with each other. One telling her to get off one medication. And the other questioning why. Just a back and forth and nothing getting accomplished. She finally just texted me and said they told her 10 more mins while they get the paperwork finished. Almost 3 hours total. This is not acceptable.

Very concerning that the employee that does screenings here does not understand the basic difference between a psychologist, psychiatrist, or a lcsw etc. When asked if we wanted to see a psychiatrist, we answered no. To which he replied "then I'll send you right out the door." My husband and I explained we are interested in seeing a lcsw, or a psychologist, not a psychiatrist. To which the employee responded "they are the same thing." They aren't the same thing. Please educate your employees. Otherwise, I have no problem "going right out the door." Lol away from the incompetency and ignorance.

Awesomely professional

Terrible experience. Need to be shut down and fire everyone. Everyone not bad but too many are not professional. Need a new staff doctors and all. Very nice nurses but one doctor particularly need to be fired. Both location my family member had horrible experiences.

I'll send a doctor my first time in 2 days. They are very professional. They're helpful about retrieving my medical history. My evaluation is Thursday I'm looking forward to it. Just about talking to Angela I can tell it's going to be a satisfying experience. Recommended to anyone that want to help himself

Well my experience has been horrible. If you really need help this is not the place to look for immediate help. It's best to save your money and go to a clinic that's available to assist you right away, this place and the way they have it set up would make you give up. It's takes about a month to see the doctor in between that time I assume you supposed to just suffer it's sad that this is the only option for low income people. Better yet it's probably better to move out of Louisiana other states has better option period.
