Care Options For Kids

I would never use this company again. They are predatory and do not care about you or your child whatsoever. Worked with them for years on two separate occasions for my special needs child. They only want your money, and all your time. They don’t offer in person services despite they say they do and should, even somewhere like Aurora they will claim they do not have staff that can commute to you. Totally unacceptable experience, I hope people are warned.

I cannot express enough how my son’s OT has helped him! not only him but the entire family. Ken is amazing at what he does and hope my son has him forever.

We had occupational therapy services provided here and it was very disappointing experience. With such high reviews we thought this was going to be a no brainer, but the therapist proved otherwise. She didnt seem interested in doing her job or just doing the bare minimum. She would watch the clock and leave right at thirty mins even if she was early. When she was with my kid she was on her laptop and barely made an effort. Our last straw is when she rescheduled our appointment at 9pm when we are required to give them a 24 hour notice. I hope we can just call this an isolated experience and others continue to receive great service.

I wouldn't recommend therapy here for children or families. Nor work there.

My daughter has been receiving services for an about a year now, and I could not have more great things to say about the therapists she has and all the progress she has made is astronomical. From feeling like I was failing my daughter to seeing her grow with the added support has truly been life changing. The thoughtfulness and care my daughter’s therapists have for her I know she’ll remember them forever, they truly have gone above and beyond. Her OT therapist Shaina was truly made to help kids, she’s amazing and my daughter loves talking about her. She had Lena for a speech therapist who I couldn’t thank enough for helping my daughter learn to talk to me and now she has Brianna who is also doing such a great job! I would recommend this company for anyone needing services for their little ones. Genuinely the support my daughter’s therapists have given her I wouldn’t change for the world. If you want your therapist to literally get mad at you in front of your children because they are going back to school, than don’t use them! I have been with this company for 5 years I have 5 children in therapy and I guess now they hire anyone they can find! Why would a therapist get so mad and nasty because my kids are going to school and her sechudle does not work for us? That’s not my problem so please don’t make these problems for parents ! I’m so upset that this is what the company has become! I don’t recommend!
