Worst company ever. Owner is never around. The BCBAs and RBTS are so performative, they never tell me how my actual child’s day went just a swift “he had a good day” no details NOTHING. Just to reach a supervisor it takes eons of time until they’re available if you have genuine concerns for your child. Choosing this clinic as my child’s day-to-day care was a huge mistake. I urge any diligent, well-meaning parent to run for the hills and look elsewhere. The people running this are mean, rude, disgusting and use autistic children as a way to virtue signal when they’re really straight up mean girls!

I’ll give 2 stars because I have seen some improvement in my daughter since she has begun ABA therapy but this place is unorganized and unprofessional. Every month a new coordinator is assigned so it’s hard to build cohesion, technicians quit constantly, communication is scarce, and honestly it doesn’t seem like they care. And when you want an explanation it’s always the same rehearsed lines “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”. If you love your child, do your due diligence and search to find a better provider.
