-5 stars. They always cancel. Front dest is insanely rude and does not care about the lives of their customers. Ive been struggling with suicidal tendencies , trying to get a therapy appointment for OVER A YEAR NOW!! all they have done is intake appointments, ask my name, email , etc. then cancel my appointments at 7am with no warning when I have waited months for the appointment. This has happened to me multiple times when I have been waiting months FOR HELP ! Yesterday I was told that I would get a call to set up another appointment to replace the one they canceled on me, again. No call from them. Even when I was discharged from Sunrise they were absolutely no help.
I miss Carlsbad nm this is the beginning and the best therapy I ever took
Oravec doesn't listen. Can't get past the receptionist to talk to his nurse. You're better off going to a real doctor out of town!
Avoid this place, they say someone will call you back but they never do. had a therapist quit after my intiial consultation to set up therapy, after that nothing no more follow up calls just lies after lies.

Loved the old nurse, new nurse not so much. Love the doctor I'm with. Front desk keeps sending me letters saying I missed my appointments, when I definitely showed up.
Oravec has been my medication manager for years and he is very knowledgeable and kind, he listens to all my issues and takes the time to go over everything and fully explain new medications. I feel very secure having him manage my mental health meds. The therapists themselves are also very knowledgeable and are actually trauma informed (where many therapists who say they are trauma informed actually aren't). This is one of the best mental health facilities I've ever gone to, across many states.
If I could give zero stars I would, I came in today 02-02-2022 to see Pam Garfield. I sat in front of computer screen for a virtual visit in the office, I told Pam what I needed help with and she completely refused to help me. I have ADHD, and just needed a new doctor established, she refused to give me the medicine I’m currently on and also did not offer other solution that could possibly help me. She spent a total of 5 minutes with me.
