I had an appt at 2, and I came early. I was called back at 1:30, and it got to 3 and I still haven’t seen the doctor. Unsure what the hold up was, but that long of a wait isn’t okay. Also, their hours are very minimal. The latest appointment I could get was 2, so I had to take time off work.
Amazing office! I’ve never felt so seen in a doctors office. Dr Stevenson is absolutely amazing.
Very polite and professional !! Prompt and courteous. Did not expect this at all initially. I had to fill out a lot of “Pre Paperwork” that seemed excessive - but it was not redundant - usually I would be filling this stuff out again upon arrival however I did not with them and there conversations with me let me know that someone had read these things ahead of time before speaking to me - really too notch service !!
