I cannot say enough amazing things about Carolina Behavior and Beyond. From the very beginning, they were prompt in reaching out after our referral and worked hard to create a spot so they could serve my child. That alone meant so much to our family. Our case manager, Stephanie, was warm, inviting, and reassuring from day one. She promised she would be with us every step of the way, handle all of the paperwork and meetings, and serve as our liaison with BabyNet—and she truly delivered on every promise. Very quickly, she became more than just a case manager; she became a friend. It was so clear how deeply she cared about my child and our entire family, and that made all the difference during what can be an overwhelming process. Our child’s early interventionist, Bri, was truly an angel sent from above. She completely transformed my child. Before every session, she always communicated to confirm the time, and after every session, she followed up to let us know exactly what they worked on, the progress being made, and the skills we could reinforce at home. If my child ever missed preschool due to illness, she always made sure to work out a makeup session. Bri was kind, thoughtful, dependable, and incredibly effective—and if my child could receive services from her forever, I would let him in a heartbeat. Carolina Behavior and Beyond is truly a godsend. If your child needs any type of support, I would absolutely recommend trying to have them served by this incredible team. We are beyond grateful for everything they’ve done for our family.

Our experience with Carolina Behavior & Beyond has been exceptional! Their team, specifically Elvira and Lesley, made such an impact for our child both at home and at school. Elvira was so organized, patient and caring, helping us to navigate our child's delays. Lesley did an amazing job of communicating with me regarding progress and things to work on at home, and even took the extra time to suggest resources (books, activities, etc). She worked seamlessly with our child's teachers to come alongside them and help them manage our child's specific needs without disrupting the classroom. It has been a wonderful experience! I know that my child is better prepared to be successful both in the classroom and at home because of the time and effort that Elvira and Lesley have poured into him.

10/10. I cannot say enough positive things about our family’s experience with Carolina Behavior & Beyond, particularly with our Early Interventionist, Lesley. She has worked with both our children and has been an integral force in their learning and development; Lesley is both tireless and patient. She offers an incredible range of insights from her time as a teacher and from a very adept admin perspective as well. We are beyond grateful for her support and continued work with our children. They adore her and working with her makes them stronger, more resilient, and happier. Lesley herself deserves so many props! Elvira, the service coordinator, is also incredible — she is SO patient and so generous with her time and her kindness. Could not ask for a better or more attentive team for our little ones. We would recommend this company - particularly Lesley - to anyone looking for early intervention services of all kinds. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We have been so grateful for the support and dedication our son has received from Hannah Crosby! Her consistent presence has made a tremendous impact. She is warm, punctual, and always communicative, ensuring we're well-informed about his progress. It's clear that her passion for children and development shines through in everything she does. Carolina Behavior and Beyond is amazing! I am a director at a daycare and work with some of their therapists and Crystal on a daily basis. They are always professional, consistent and get results! The children they work with thrive and surpass all expectations. My teachers appreciate the therapists advice, strategies and support. They are the best!

Laura and Emily are both amazing at their jobs! I feel like Laura has been a huge part in the progress my daughter has made since we’ve started therapy! She also so loves when Laura comes and looks forward to Participating in the activities they play that day! My daughter is a little shy and warmed right up to Laura! Emily has stayed on top of everything Gracelynn has needed and checks in often to hear about her progress and any changes we think should be made. Both Laura and Emily definitely have the children’s best interests at heart and they are both so sweet and kind! We have loved our time with Carolina behavior and beyond and can’t wait to see the progress with the rest of our time!

My daughter still wasn’t walking or really standing independently when she was over a year and a half. We were sent through babynet to Carolina behavior & beyond and given Bri as our early interventionist. Over the next 6 months Bri spent an hour in our home weekly helping not only my toddler learn and practice standing, steps, kneeling, etc before we even got into PT. She also played and built a relationship with my oldest who was only 3 as well. She would purposefully bring things for my oldest to play with that she knew she liked as well as things my youngest liked to learn with and found ways to include my oldest in helping her sister. She is who discovered the motivating factor for my daughter was bubbles and bubbles in the end were what caused her to take her first steps. Bri became someone I looked forward to spending time with every week as well as someone who helped BOTH of my children not just the one she was here to work with. She was kind and patient as well as fun to be around and professional. My girls still ask for Bri to come over and we honestly were sad when my toddler excelled and no longer qualified for services and our weekly visits came to an end. Without Carolina behavior and beyond and without Bri I know my baby wouldn’t have been walking by her 2nd birthday and wouldn’t have been walking before her brother was born which would have been very difficult to navigate after a c section. I will always be thankful for our time with this company and with Bri for what she did for my kids and the friendship I gained in her.
