As a client that went to casa grande it was hard, the clients were always fighting and bullying one another. I understand that everyone has there own problems and that people may not like each other. The staff was usually there to deescalate any problems. I feel for the staff in this facility because the clients do like to punch and hurt staff. When I was there the police had to come in quite a bit and wind the kids down. As far as roommates each client shares a room with someone there age or close to there age the clients are not allowed to be in the rooms together during the day and most of the time the bedroom doors are locked to prevent fighting and other safety issues. Clients with any sexualized behavior are on a separate unit so they can get the best treatment without the negative feedback from the other clients and to protect them from the other clients. I wasn't on that unit so I can't say anything more about what happened on that side. The staff try there best to keep the kids safe. And I saw alot about there is not much to do there and that is true but the clients do bring that on themselves the fighting and refusal of treatment does not get you to go on outings or outside in that manor the whenever the staff would let out the kids the kids would try to kick down the gate and run. The kids would also climb through the ceiling to try and escape instead of focusing on treatment. Casa grade is not a bad place and I can say that for being someone who was there and graduated from the school program and from the program itself the staff really showed up and cared if your child puts in the effort then the staff will to but if your kids going to try and beat up staff and run away staff are not going to trust your kids it's common since. But casa grande really changed my life and I want to show appreciation to them I am now in college and starting a family if it wasn't for the awesome staff I wouldn't be where I am at today so thank you to Mrs Dorthy, Mrs Ashley, Mr Manu, Mr Tim, and every other staff that helped me on my journey!!
I've had absolutely the best experience with Armani being so amazing with intake. Armani went ABOVE n beyond as I didn't have means to fax documents without cost of 120$. Ty Armani and your a true asset to your company.

Casa Grande Academy provides a much needed service to at risk adolescent males. These boys have serious mental health diagnoses, substance abuse, sexually maladaptive behaviors, and are often coming out of juvenile detention. This is a very difficult population to serve and staff does everything in the best interest of the boys.
I observed staff using profanity when speaking with the children, children do not appear to benefit from the program. I have worked directly with children who have been in their program and I would not pace my child in their care. They appear extremely unprofessional and need to address their program structure and the level of staff they have working with children who have unresolved trauma.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My experience with Casa Grande Academy was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and supported by the incredibly kind and compassionate staff. Their genuine care and understanding made all the difference during a challenging time. One aspect that truly stood out was how seamlessly they guided me through the often daunting mental health system. Navigating such systems can be overwhelming, but the staff here made it incredibly easy. They patiently answered all my questions, provided clear explanations, and offered invaluable support every step of the way. Thanks to their expertise and advocacy, accessing the resources and care I needed became a stress-free process. Beyond their professionalism, the staff's warmth and dedication were truly commendable. They created a nurturing environment where I felt safe by simply lending a listening ear and unwavering support. Overall, I can't recommend Casa Grande Academy enough. It's not just a place for treatment; it's a place where genuine care and compassion thrive. If you're seeking a supportive environment where navigating the mental health journey is made easy, look no further. This center exceeded all my expectations, and I am immensely grateful for the positive impact it has had on my life.
