Decided not to refill my medication without warning, told me I’d been called repeatedly for two months despite receiving 0 calls, have not been able to get a hold of the receptionist more than once and every time she sounds annoyed and irritated. I was forced to go through days of intense withdrawal before finding a new emergency psychiatrist to fill my medication.

This place is great. Highly recommend and will continue to come here. Really enjoy all the staff!

Helpful, friendly front office staff. Excellent care from Dr. Schader. Team went the extra distance to work with our insurance.

The staff was not very friendly and seemed disorganized, which was concerning. Additionally, the office manager appeared annoyed when asked questions, which added to the negative atmosphere. The clinic itself did not seem very inviting, especially for children who should feel comfortable in a psychiatric care environment. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone in need of psychiatric care for their children.

The WORST customer service ever by the staff here. The provider I see is helpful but the front desk staff including the office manager are not sympathetic or helpful at all. I’ve had 2 virtual appointments where they said I was emailed a zoom link and it never happened. I’ve made appointments for times that were changed without letting me know until the day before. When I asked the office manager to call me to discuss these issues she called me back a week later and never showed concern or even apologized. Providers get a 10, the staff get a -10. I would never send my child here
