Casting Hope Therapy Group Inc.

About a month ago, I experienced a mental health crisis. I reached out to Hope after meeting her at a life group several years ago- at that time, she said to reach out if I ever needed anything. That time came years later. Not only did Hope immediately have me set up with one of her counselors afterwards, she also helped me find an IOP program I could join as well. Her team is professional. Her services are research backed. And her team and guidance has helped me improve my life in so many ways. Hope and casting Hope Therapy Group is a blessing and will be an asset to anyone who needs help. I would highly recommend them.

I never had to leave so many negative reviews in my life. When I first start coming here I thought I was going to really like this place. I only been here one time people here are so unprofessional no body answer the phone at the front desk. My counselor that was my counselor just stop talking to me. I'm not sure why or what's really going on. I'm so tired of going through a lot of counselors all because people don't wanna help and do their jobs. What's wrong with you people. I mean honestly. I'm struggling really hard. And yet you all don't care I never seen nothing like this at all. And there's no use of leaving a message cause they not going to call you back I don't even bother leaving messages no more for no one. I mean is this the way you do all of your clients? I was a client here this is suppose to be a mental health place to receive treatment. I been through one counselor after another counselor with different agencies this is wrong its really wrong.i have been dealing with so much on my own these days and yet the lady that works at the front desk tells me I have to see my counselor in person first before she can start doing virtual appointments with me. I seen her in person for the first time and every since then she has been canceling appointments asking me can I do different times when I have appointments on the same day she is suppose to see me. You all want the patients to cancel at a reasonable time so why not make your employees that works here do the same? I don't get it this is very frustrating but what ever I will just move on and maybe the next counselor will work out for me I hope. I honestly don't know what's going on with this place but these people do not have their Priorities together. Sad and I won't be coming here ever again and I deleted my counselor number that use to be my counselor here. So if I was that much of a headache you are free of me cause your number has Been deleted from my contacts. I never seen nothing horrible in my life before like this. It's like counselors don't even wanna be counselors no more. There's hardly no support and help in the world anymore. Because has gotten so lazy on their jobs. Leaving people on hold for over 20 Minutes not returning calls but okay what ever. I just don't know what kinda of place this is but I wouldn't consider it a counseling agency it don't feel like a place of business to me honestly. You all really need to do better then what you doing. Cause I don't know what happen here I really don't it's so weird

Started seeing Jordan as a counselor and I can honestly say I've made more progress in 2 sessions with her than any other counselor in my entire treatment. She listens very well and stays on track, helps you organize your goals and figure out how to achieve them. Very kind and easy to talk to as well. Really recommend her!

I’ve been a client at Casting Hope Therapy for almost a year, and I can say in the short amount of time they’ve been open they’ve been awesome at providing mental health services. The clinic creates a warm, cozy atmosphere with their decorations and office set up. They’ve also been very supportive of my financial situation, and are willing to make arrangements so that I can continue to receive the help I need. Casting Hope is the best therapy group I have been to. And I have been to quite a few. From the first phone call, it was easy, comfortable and welcoming. Hope is kind, compassionate, friendly and very helpful. Dr Backman is so compassionate, friendly, empathetic and easy to talk to. All therapy offices should be this caring. I cannot say enough great things about Casting Hope Therapy Group. I would highly recommend!

This is a professional Clinical Mental Health and Community Counseling Practice that serves the area in a vast capacity. The clients, families and area focused on are very fortunate. The caliber and care working with individuals + groups is highest level.
