We have worked with 2 OTs Irma and Megan and they are both wonderful humans…! CAYA is such a special place and when we are there, my son can authentically be himself, he is growing and learning and they have such a sneaky way of not making him feel like they are working on hard stuff ❤️

CAYA , specifically Regan, has been an incredible resource for not only my child but for myself as a parent. My child always looks forward to their appointments and feels so comfortable to be his neurodivergent self at the office. We have noticed so much improvement since going here in behavior, reactions, and emotional health and regulation. Before we came, we felt very lost and hopeless with some of my child’s violent/aggressive behaviors but after a few months of therapy, we do not see that from him anywhere near as much. It has been a night and day difference.

My kiddos absolutely love Caya! Our experience at Caya has been so great and we adore all of the staff and therapists. We started occupational therapy when they first opened and they have always made us feel like we belong, are listened to, and supported. :)

We love CAYA! This is our second time trying OT and were recommended by HRA. CAYA's child-focused approach is a night and day difference to what we tried before and it's been amazing to see the joy on my kiddo's face when it's time to come to "the play doctor". We've seen wonderful growth in emotional intelligence and other skills. Thank you!

My son has been in Occupational Therapy for eight years as he struggles with constant sensory seeking with his autism diagnosis. We moved here 9 years ago and Katie was my son's first OT and by far the most incredible. CAYA Therapies was born out of a heart to truly help those that are looking for research-based, trauma-informed, client-led, dedicated outside-of-the-box- occupational therapy. When many didn't have answers for behaviors that came and went, Katie methodically and enthusiastically worked through them all with us gathering information and tactics. I love that CAYA takes everyone and instills their dedication to OT in us parents to grow hope. I cannot say enough about the integrity and care of this group. They are kind, silly, huge-hearted, honest, brilliant, incredibly talented and always thinking about ways to engage with your child. Going the extra mile is the norm for them. They want to be a support to parents and become a team learning about all aspects of the client's life--home, school, social interactions, difficult night of sleep, etc. I also love how they collaborate with other therapists and school teachers when asked to get all pertinent information to help them better serve your child. No detail is too small and no struggle is too big for them to apply their expertise and possible solutions. They care about your child as a parent desires that all would view their child--as a gift. My son is now in his teens and non-verbal but the therapists do an amazing job reading his body language and filling in the sensory deficits that he needs. They also do a great job explaining these approaches to parents so you can continue strategies at home to help your child when they aren't at therapy. They are definitely one of the best OT providers in the area and their love for our children is obvious. We cannot say enough wonderful things about CAYA Therapies; we LOVE it there. They do not divert from their name; my son truly comes as he is! First of all, the fact that my son is in his 20s and he is receiving outstanding Occupational Therapy and his insurance is accepted is a godsend! When my son became an adult, many of his therapies ended but his needs didn't; we felt isolated and alone dealing with difficult sensory needs and behaviors now happening in an adult body. But CAYA Therapies have a place for individuals like my son and each week they help him get to a place where he can face the world around him. CAYA therapists never look puzzled when my son presents big needs, instead they are determined and proceed with a plan that intrinsically suits his needs. I'm always amazed by how in-tune his therapist is with his sensory system. CAYA therapists are patient, welcoming, kind and determined. They are also equipped and keep themselves abreast with the latest research pertaining to their clients. On a personal note, CAYA listens to parents. They do their best to help you feel successful in your home as you provide support for your child each day. Autism can be A LOT; we are so thankful we don't have to do it alone!

My son loves going to therapy at CAYA. He has a love of cars and they integrate that into his therapy sessions. They listen to the parents as what is going on in the families life and offer ways to help work through situations that involve the person getting therapy. Therapy is very play based which makes it easy to feel more fun than work. The variety of thing offered is awesome also. We love that we are treated like family not just another client.
