My experience at CBG has been nothing less than amazing. The staff is very welcoming and it truly feels like we are like a family. I have enjoyed every moment here and wouldn’t trade this experience and my time here for anything. They’re very supportive and push each other to grow and it’s a place where I feel comfortable being myself. I feel valued every day that I’m here and I’m eternally grateful to be apart of the team.
We have waited a YEAR and been told several times "we are waiting on a therapist to be available" and today 10/30/25 I was told "we" don't service the Crawfordville area. Unbelievable lack of service and consideration for the children that desperately needs ABA therapy.
I love CBG!!!! They help every child to their specific needs!!! Anyone who says otherwise is ignorant.
As a child welfare worker with years of experience. I trust Cayer Behavioral Group with my child. Cayer accommodates his therapy demands. This has been an amazing experience for us. I look forward to my son’s continuous progress in the future. Cayer Behavioral Group—Highly Recommended!
Called for a speech therapy for my nephew. They said they didn’t have any available and that’s it. No alternative, no waiting list.
Because the owner mistreats both employees and clients. The therapists, besides 1-2, are great. The owner is publicly known as a pretty terrible person and has very unprofessional billing procedures and has kicked clients out for being unable to pay thousands at a time, and kicked my 3 year old out because I stood up to her. I loved my therapist, but would never advise anyone to take their child there because of billing and mistreatment being so prevalent there. Work closely with you insurance when going here. My insurance called me and said they think there was fraud going on, at best neglect with timely claims procedures, which led to multiple problems. We also had therapists who were not experienced or certified to lead my child's therapy program working with him-another major insurance issue. My 3 year old has regressed since we have gone over a month without services since we were kicked out with NO NOTICE over the owner's personal issues with me (I mentioned my experience with my support group, and someone told her about it and she lost her cool in fear of more bad PR), note I am not her client (my 3 year old with severe nonverbal autism is) but I am his mother who paid this company thousands in co-pays, and the insurance paid her around 150,000 per year. Pretty awful to do to a kid no matter how you look at it. It's about the children. We are glad we are gone from Cayer Behavioral, but we are deeply saddened to see our little boy regress so much and lose valuable time in therapy. We will be much happier when we begin with Engage. I would even choose BMC over Cayer because of the aforementioned. Be careful with your children.
