My experience at CBT Baltimore has been so good. I worked with Shmuel, who was patient, understanding, and well-versed in the ways of ERP. Admittedly, I walked into the first session skeptical, though desperate for help, and Shmuel gave me the tools to become my own therapist when it comes to OCD. He’s knowledgeable, down to earth, and compassionate. After each session, I left feeling understood, and more able to manage my OCD, which has drastically improved since I walked into that first session.
