This place is a joke and they certainly don't seem to actually care about people. Inspired me to continue dealing with things alone.

I was under the care of a Therapist here for almost 8 months and I could not recommend them enough. My experience was transforming; If you're looking for therapy I only wish I could recommend my therapist. You know who you are, and I appreciate you every day. This is a place that I will be coming back too should I need assistance in the future. My issues and diagnoses were met with kindness, assertiveness and with new perspective I could not have believed. Just be careful with that ipad for signing in. It's a little touchy!

I would just like to share my experience with Hoa. I have struggled for a long time with doing therapy, with the approach that traditional therapists take. Hoa showed me insight that I didn't even know existed. When I finally was able to remove my own ego from the situation everything else fell into place. I feel that I am 8 x times the person that I started this journey as. I am unshackled, and at peace with myself finally.

So recently my therapist and I were working on my intrusive and negative thoughts, I couldn't function with these thoughts. Just recently I made a break through my thoughts are gone now, I'm free and at peace. I'm not concerned about what people think about me anymore and I owe it all to the help of my therapist. It's like I had a spiritual awakening lol, and I'm #10. Thanks so much he also mentioned that because of this after 2 weeks to a month I won't need therapy anymore. I'm going to miss him but he did say that I could still check in

I honestly didn't know what to expect when I came here. I've seen 5-6 other therapists throughout my life and have gotten very little out of each experience. So I didn't expect much better. But my anxiety was through the roof, and I needed to try something. I'm honestly glad I did. In the last 7 months, I have learned more about myself, people around me, and life itself than I thought possible. I have control over my anxiety like never before. So, if you are thinking about coming here, do it and trust the process. It can be hard. You may even want to quit. I know I did many times. But the end results are very much worth it.

I feel like its important that I share my experience of working with Hoa so that other folks might reach out to him.Hoa is unlike the other Therapists I've worked with in the past. Truthfully? I had a lot of stuff going on mentally that was harming my relationships. I had worked with other people/ Therapists but the different approaches were not working. Hoa helped me understand and let go of, accept and think differently about the duality of life.It was a very difficult process at times, but we hung in there together and "Aha" I reached the shores of a new, for me, way of being I can now live harmoniously with. It was NOT easy.I am stoked that I have finally arrived. Im proud of the work we did! Im going with the flow for the duration.

Hoa has helped me over the course of the last 6 months. We’ve uncovered the truth to my struggles. It was a beautiful day when the “AH-HA” moment happened! When we spoke for the first time on the phone he assured me he could help me. His process is not what most would think as traditional therapy. He listens, asks questions and leads you on a journey. He is confident in his process and I can assure you it worked for me. I honestly couldn’t believe when we reached the point where everything made sense. He will help you get out of your own way and he will allow you to connect the dots. I am so happy we crossed paths and although his process may not work for everyone he has absolutely cultivated something that will help so many people. Trust in him; he is on a mission to help as many people as he can and I’m so lucky I’m one of those people!

We have seen 3 different therapists at Cedar Valley for different family members, and all 3 have been empathetic, respectful, and knowledgeable. More importantly, they have all been genuinely helpful and cared for our well being. They have in-person and virtual options, and we have been very happy with the positive changes in our lives after going through the therapy process.
