We personally had a negative experience and decided to seek a different option due to it. I had scheduled an appointment for my son almost a month in advanced in December for January 12th. When we showed up for the appointment the provider rescheduled us without notification via call, text, or email. When speaking with the front desk they confirmed they could see the prior appointment on January 12th scheduled in December and that it was reschedule by the provider and not desk staff. The front desk confirmed the appointment was moved to January 26th and there was nothing sooner. I asked to speak to the office manager due to the frustrations and need for the appointment for medication management. The office manager was not understanding or sympathetic. She said she never saw anything scheduled for January 12th and only the appointment in January 26th but she said should could schedule us for January 13th. With the miscommunication, unprofessionalism and, lack of understanding and sympathy I do not recommend.

I could talk all day about the people that are a part of this business. All are good things. These people actually care about the people they are trying to help. We work with Megan, Judy and Carly, 3 of the most wonderful people in the medical world. We have what I would call uncommon situations and they help make sense of all the chaos in our world. If you struggle to find balance in your chaos, give these guys a call. They are fabulous. The best part, they actually care.

Personally had a negative experience here. I was convinced to try medication I denied multiple times for religious reasons, and after I gave in and took the medication my health continued to declined until I decided to go somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend them as a trauma-informed company or a place that considers the biopsychosocial spiritual model- though they look the part.

Very thankful to have Carly here in Parkersburg. Helps to keep down the amount of time of school that has to be missed for appointments since she is close! She’s such a kind soul and has been a huge help.
