I’ve had such a wonderful experience working with Loni. She is such a safe person to share with and has welcomed my full expression of life’s challenges with lots of empathy. She’s been incredibly thoughtful about the introduction of medication, talks through everything with a lot of understanding and detail, and loves exploring the intersection of lifestyle, supplementation, spirituality and mental health. She specializes in tapering, so that was a big piece of our conversation from the get-go. I’m really grateful for her support on this journey!

Saw Loni 3 times. She gave me 5 prescriptions, never followed up, did not want to talk about duel diagnosis, told me she offered therapy and medication management on first visit then told me I should seek therapy if I wanted more in-depth sessions. Referred me to get genetic testing on first session which delayed future sessions by a month. When I communicated to her that I felt like I was struggling extremely with my mental clarity and health, she had her staff respond to me with links to other places. She did not listen to my concerns and often dropped the ball when I directly asked for support on various issues. I was told they could refer me to get tested for ADHD after my sister was diagnosed, only to be told they were still looking and never getting back to me. Her staff responded to personal messages on their patient portal that I sent to her which made it feel like I was neither important enough for her to respond to as well as making me feel like they were reading all my files, violating my privacy and HIPPA. When I canceled my last appointment after she gave me a placebo drug for anxiety attacks, she never checked in to see how the medications were working or to follow up with my request for referrals to other providers since she "did not treat those things". Would never recommend to anyone with serious issues looking for real help. Felt like a boutique experience, fluffy and fake.
Dr. Loni and her staff are amazing! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt at peace. I was greeted and had a lovely cup of tea. My first visit w Dr.Loni wasn’t rushed and she was extremely kind and helpful. I’m beyond grateful to have found this clinic and I would highly recommend it !
