Love this place, I wish we had found them sooner. I’m much more pleased with them than Keller. Is been 3 weeks that my son started this program and I see soo many positive changes on him. Like playing with things appropriately, imitating and allowing change from one play into another. He has been on aba and all kind of therapies since 20 months old and hasn’t learned a thing. I strongly recommend this place to all parents.
I am a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who works with children mostly under 5. I have found this center GREATLY over diagnoses Autism when the child has sensory processing delays.
After 30 years in the field as an Occupational Therapist - I have significant difficulty with this center. My opinion is they consistently over diagnose a child on the spectrum and do NOT take into account the factors that might be creating some behaviors a child is presenting with. The factors they do not take into account include - sensory processing issues, oral dyspraxia, significant speech delay among others. These issues NEED to be addressed first before a diagnosis of "autism" is made. REALLY good sensory OT's can change the trajectory of a child and they can present very different after a short time of really good therapy. They are missing so much and causing significant unneccessary distress among parents.
