I have been seeing Jeremy since 2017 for mental health support, primarily related to anxiety and depression. Through my work with him — including approaches such as IFS and EMDR — I can honestly say that my mental health and my life overall are better than I ever thought possible. Jeremy has truly been a lifesaver. I cannot recommend him, or his Center for Healing and Transformation, highly enough. What sets Jeremy apart is that he doesn’t just listen and nod and send you on your way until the next session. He is deeply trained in a wide range of therapeutic modalities and actually equips you with real tools, exercises, and practices that you can apply in your everyday life — even after the session ends. He has also helped me revisit and work through experiences from my younger self — things that happened many years ago but continued to quietly influence how I saw the world and how I showed up in it. That work has been incredibly powerful and healing. I will forever be grateful to Jeremy for his compassion, wisdom, and practical guidance. His work has quite literally changed my life and helped me become the person I always knew I could be.
This is a wonderful center with caring and dedicated professionals. We have had a wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone.

The therapy I have received from the Center for Healing and Transformation over the past several years has truly helped heal and transform me. I have gone from feeling anxious most of the time, even on medication, to feeling grounded and resourced most of the time (now off medication), and that is in large part due to my work with my therapist. Beyond that, though, our sessions have always felt professional, he's always shown up when he says he will be there, if I have an administrative/scheduling question I always receive a prompt response, and I have only had positive interactions. Thank you, thank you, thank you - highly recommend :)
The Center for Healing and Transformation is truly a wonderful place. Diana is one of the most kind, compassionate, and understanding people I have the pleasure ok knowing. She is a beyond amazing therapist, and I would recommend her and the Center to anyone who is searching for therapy.
