I have been going to see Dr. Baca & Misty for many years, along with my elderly Mother. It is personal care at its best. Nurses and all staff are great!

I love Dr Bacca and all of her staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are very knowledgeable and caring. I love how Dr Bacca is straight forward. I love how she tries everything possible to do everything naturally to heal the body and to keep healthy.

I'm a firm believer, don't make judgements immediately, never knock something down without giving things time. But i know this was the best place I could have ever found. I had so many health issues, mainly back issues, but now in over 14 years, i haven't had to go thur what i was before, and I thank God everyday for the center for health. Dr Boca and all her staff are amazing & most caring people. ❤️

I have changed my 1 star to a 5 star due to the prompt response and the willingness of the management to address issues at the front desk. I will leave my original message for clarity. I can certainly understand getting good help at the front desk can be difficult at times, and the only way of knowing that your front desk is not following training or company policy is by getting a 1 star review with comments. I am not accustomed to being easy to offend nor do I give out 1 star reviews lightly. Thank you for your desire to serve the community with the much needed Function Medicine in your area. I appreciate you taking the time to correct the negative issues at your facility in order to better serve your patients in the community. I will pass your info with a recommendation. "I was looking for somewhere to send one of my patients who lives in the area. I practice in a different state and needed a referral connection. So I called them to talk to them about their acupuncture services. I found out that they do not have a license, Acupuncturist on staff, I questioned why they listed they have Acupuncture services that they offer on their website, the secretary responded rudely and said we need to take it off there and then she hung up the phone abruptly while I was still talking and asking questions. I was shocked because I was still talking and asking other questions to see if this would be a good place to send my patient. The doctor may be great, the other practitioners may be amazing, I have no way of knowing because the secretary answering the phone was rude and obnoxious. I don’t think I need to send a patient who is in a lot of pain to a facility that's front desk projects such negative energy. Please let me know if there has been some retraining and redirection for your front desk personnel, and I’ll consider referring patients there and updating my review."

In regard to the negative comments, health has no monetary value. Own up to your toxic lifestyle, do not blame it on a physician. This practice is exceptional in giving advice to change your lives. Ask questions beforehand if you cannot afford it and make arrangements. Call if you don't get your results in what you consider "a timely manner" . This clinic has changed our lives as we followed their advice to a tee. All of my children are prospering thanks to them. Take ownership, make changes.
