Emailed them a month ago for ADHD testing and they never bothered to answer.

I had a great experience with Micah for my testing. I felt heard and seen. Often when you go in for testing that is the biggest fear, not being heard or being told you do not meet the criteria. I felt Micah took the time with me to hear my story, I did not feel rushed or brushed off. I felt it was a space that I could be myself and let my masking down. When I got frustrated with myself during the testing process for not knowing some of the responses, Micah was patient with me and kind. Overall I would highly recommend Micah, I had my daughter tested there as well and I send my own clients there.

I had a wonderful experience! The front desk clerk, Sheila, is sweet as pie. She remembered me every time I came in and greeted me with the biggest smile. I had an autism assessment done by Micah Baker and I felt heard and seen like never before. He is kind, patient, and compassionate. He took his time answering all of my questions even if it went past our scheduled appointment time. He was responsive to emails for myself and my family. They were also great when it came to my insurance, making sure it was all covered and making sure it fit in my limited budget. I highly recommend any one needing an assessment done to see Micah! Many people seem very comfortable receiving treatment here. The environment is peaceful, and the front desk staff is kind and courteous. However, I had a deeply disconcerting assessment experience and feel compelled to share with my NWA community that I cannot in good faith recommend this provider, Micah Baker, if you are high-masking, female, and/or someone with complex medical needs seeking an accurate and nuanced ASD evaluation. This experience left me feeling unheard, invalidated, and misrepresented; it also raises serious concerns about how others may be misdiagnosed or denied the support they need. It would be an understatement to say this facility needs to engage in continuing education and reconsider its approach to neurodivergent and chronically ill patients.

Staff is kind and and their evaluations and services are thorough! The biggest downside is the wait list for new patients, it can be quite long.

Adriana was a wonderful receptionist. This is a great company to refer clients too! She took time out her day to research my questions. She checked and looked up obscure insurance. She as up front about prices and possible payments. Really really great customer service!

I scheduled an appointment here with Susan Kilpatrick. The receptionists were extremely professional, polite, and patient! The office itself is beautiful and clean, and located rurally near Bentonville. I arrived early to fill out the paperwork, and was asked to wait in the lobby. I waited until 15 minutes later than my scheduled appointment, then checked with the receptionist to make sure I had the time right. She confirmed and called Ms. Kilpatrick, who wasn’t even in the building and hadn’t called in. I decided to go home. As I was getting in my car, the receptionist ran out and said Ms. Kilpatrick had arrived, but I no longer felt that there would be a professional foundation and stuck with my decision to leave. The next day I called to make sure I wasn’t charged for the “visit,” and the receptionist once again was absolutely professional, courteous, apologetic, and gracious. That being said, when I asked if there was a reason Ms. Kilpatrick was late the day before, I was told she never gave a reason and that perhaps she got stuck in traffic? I will not be rescheduling, though there are several other professionals at the center and the customer service from the front desk was wonderful.
