I went to the er in the hospital since I was advised to if I did not see improvement taking omeprazole for a week after going to a walk in clinic. When I went in and tried to explain the situation it felt like the doctors blew me off. They did not give any follow up instructions or make me an appointment to see what’s going on. They left me in the room for hours and did not really help clarify what’s going on just tried to give me more anti acid without even knowing if I had high acid. Then basically charged me for sitting in the room with no help. I understand they could have had more serious things going on but this is still not real patient care. I can’t just live on multivitamins.
I won't get into detail!!!🙏 This hospital has ,lied to me a security guard had to protect me..@ the same time I feel uncomfortable and,if you live in the Lewiston Auburn area you can't go out of the area to get proper care @ a different hospital....ugh
If zero stars were an option, it would be the choice. If you love your loved one, don’t take them here. Rude, cold doctors.
My grandmother was in excruciating pain that cannot be described. She was supposed to be in the hospital for 10 days but got kicked out after day 3. No support, no assistance, horrible care, and the nurses disacknowledged her and neglected her. She got kicked out of the hospital because of patients that “needed care more” and that they were a “higher priority.” I can’t believe how they treated my grandmother. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
My grandmother stayed there for 3 days was supposed to be 10 but they kicked her out early because they needed the room they neglected her gave her drugs she said she didn’t want multiple times the nurses there had no idea what they were doing most of the time she was stuck in a recovery room and ignored for about a day. Overall the worst hospital she says she has ever been in.
I had my yearly physical and told the doctor my foot hurt and I had to pay a copay for I said my foot hurts.
Guy in the er room answering phones treats you like trash. I understand not liking the job you have. Still gotta put in the effort. They should get rid of him or put him on mopping.
They don't like the homeless they threw my girl Tracy out with a temperature of 100.4 and didn't give her any medicine for her being sick
