Central Maine Therapy Services

Left me an appointment reminder that I had an appointment in Lewiston that I made in Naples, ME. They called from and unidentified phone number and left no return phone number. Looked their number online and called to try and correct the appointment. Called numerous times and got no answer each time, and no way to leave a voicemail.

I have had physical therapy in the past at other physical therapy facilities that was much better, first of all they only give me a half hour appointment at a time and secondly out of that half hour I only have 20 minutes “instruction,” the physical therapist takes me late and ends early. He’s constantly on the computer, you can’t tell me it’s because of paperwork.

I absolutely love everyone in this building they are all wonderful.. ¹

I had therapy this past summer and John was my therapist, what an amazing young man! I would recommend him very highly! The whole office was friendly!

First time there today. Jamie,Raymond and other young lady and checkout setting up appointments were so amazing.. Jamie is a breathe of fresh air and love her vibes and her smile and very sweet! Great environment. I felt very comfortable..my anxiety is really bad so it's rare I walk into a new place and feel comfortable.. Raymond was the person who did my therapy today. I'm sure hoping to feel less pain soon! He gave me papers with exercises and stretches to do at home.Today was my first of many appointments. Husband went here in past and he has nothing but good to say also! Highly recommend! Thank you all!

I had a course of PT at Central Maine Therapy Services in Auburn for ongoing hip pain and made zero progress. Which might be forgivable. But the "treatment" was causing me nerve pain even outside the session and everyone seemed fine with this. In addition, exercises caused me further back pain and basically nothing was done to address this - no adjustment to the routine, felt like my PT just kind of gave up on me. And this is after about 6 sessions - it's not like I was going forever and making zero progress. I worked with all three PTs here. (The front desk is not overly choosy about scheduling you with your ongoing therapist, which wasn't even clear until I showed up for an appointment and got somebody else. Twice.) They're all kind - that's why 2 stars instead of 1. But fyi, none of them seem to do any soft tissue work - which turns out to be the key to my issue, as I'm now going somewhere else for PT and my pain is improving quickly.

First off I have to give a shout out to the receptionists, they are so kind and personable. I am very impressed with their customer service and their compassion for their patients. Second, I worked with Kyle and he is so calming and very easy to talk to. He is also very patient and personable.

I'm very picky when it comes to my health care. Central Maine Therapy Services has gone over and above all my expectations. I love this place and have advocated for other family members to receive therapy here. What I love about it is that they have solid creative ideas on how to improve your physical activity while lessening pain. If something isn't working they go out of their way to change therapy so it works for you. I have known several people who have used this establishment who also feel they go over and above to help you improve your quality of life. I wouldn't look anywhere else these are the people you need.
