My son really enjoys attending centria, drop offs have been a breeze. ☺️
Our son started ABA therapy at Centria just three weeks ago, and his progress has been nothing short of amazing! We previously had to pull him from another ABA school due to negligence and mistreatment, and during the five months he was out, he regressed. But since starting at Centria, that little spark in his eyes is back! His RBT, Ms. Liz, truly loves and cares for him as if he were her own. The director, Javi, has been transparent, kind, and so supportive of our family from day one. His BCBA, Illiana, has been incredibly understanding and attentive to his needs. From the bottom of our hearts — thank you, Centria, for bringing back our son’s beautiful smile and helping him rediscover his joy. 💙
My son was with this center for over a year. He started when he was 6 years old. At first, things were good, and we were hopeful. But after a while, his behaviors started increasing. We thought maybe it was just him adjusting to a new environment, so we gave it time. Then the problems started. His tech began calling off frequently, and we often had to pick him up early or had his sessions canceled altogether. In my mind, where’s the consistency? Consistency is supposed to be key for kids like my son. Later, they decided to cut his hours — first from 8 to 5. They said the long hours might not be helping, but they continued to cancel sessions because the therapist called off. How does that help him improve? Eventually, they dropped his hours again from 5 to 3, saying that studies show shorter hours or a new environment could help with behaviors. Honestly, it just felt like they were slowly pushing us out. I reached out to the admin to talk things through, but it was hard to get another meeting scheduled after I missed one. Then, out of nowhere, they called with just one day’s notice to say they were putting my son’s services on hold. Thankfully, I already had another center lined up. If you’re considering this place, do yourself a favor — look elsewhere. Your child deserves consistency and real support, not excuses.
Thank you God !!! I’m very grateful for this blessing
Centria autism is an amazing place for kiddos to receive ABA therapy their process to enroll your kids into their program is pretty fast every other place had a waitlist and here at this location they didn’t. My son has been coming to this center for 6 months now and he loves it here. Every single staff member there are super friendly and very attentive to your child’s needs. I have seen tremendous progress in my son’s behavior at the center as well as school. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a behavioral center for your kiddo.
The folks at Centria have been great with my son. I highly recommend!
The entire team at Centria Autism is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and patient!! Our grandson has made significant improvements in his verbal communication, socializing with other kiddo's and engagement. We are so extremely grateful for the therapy he has received and would highly recommend Centria Autism to any family!!
This was the best decision I've ever made putting my son in here. I don't have to worry if they're caring for my son the way I would. In the last 6 months that he's been there: he's actually talking, his social skills have made a complete 360°, behavior and so much more. This place changed his and our life . Amazing
Excellent work environment, I been taking my son to the center for over 6 months now and I feel confident in leaving him in good hands, shout out to Henry and his team especially Audrey and Joseph who have helped my son improve himself.
My grandson has been attending Centria Autism for a short period of time. He was diagnosed with stage one autism and attending his local elementary school. Centria was able to schedule his classes after the school day, so he didn't miss out on his schooling. In the short time he's been there he seems to be doing very well, even his teachers at school have commented on his behavior improving. Still a ways to go, but I can see his behavior improving. I didn't give them five stars only because we are too early in the process, but they seem like they are trying to earn that. I'm adding a second part to my earlier review. My grandson (LD) has been in therapy for a little over 4 months and has just graduated. He was a little sad to leave because he will miss the friends he made and especially his BT Jon. Everyone there was great to work with, from Jason the manager, who worked with us so he didn't miss any school to Rachel overseeing his progress and keeping us informed and of course Jon his BT. His behavior has has improved greatly from disturbing the class to learning to get along with his classmates. LD's teacher texted me that he is going to be student of the month. Thank you to all the staff at Centria. I would highly recommend them.
