Dr. Tony Long from the Urology department provided excellent care and was very professional. Thank you.
Tele-Health visit was perfect for my schedule on this particular day! Doctor Leung suggested additional testing for the biopsies, as more information is better for the path leading forward. Good experience and highly recommend the CHA team. Thank you.
As previous appointments in the past and this current appt .. Dr Luu asked questions then would look at the issue..I guess to better to describe it is, she was dry.. no personality at all. I see why the reviews are as they are. Im very disappointed hoping it would be different than before. I understand doctors run behind i asked her how long would the exam be since having to wait she asked me is there a reason I said yes I have a ride through my insurance company and I told her the time they would pick me up. She kept looking at the time .. commenting on the time I had and I should get my ride on time. Unreal..I took it as being sarcastic! Im all set with her.
Appt accompanied a family member to Urology appt. Dr Ordinez pleasant and excellent by taking her time explaining and listens to any concerns and a wonderful stress free experience. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful and scheludes CT scan ,etc so very helpful without the the stress of the CHA client trying to schelude future testing.appts. Excellent experience all in all!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I love this hospital and my doctor! I had to stop coming for about three years because of an address issue, but I changed my insurance just to come back. I had a bad experience at another hospital, and it made me realize how great the care here is. Everyone is kind, and my doctor is so professional and caring. I’m really happy to be back!
My appointment was with Dr. Ferley, Neurologist. This was a follow up visit addressing medication she put me on 3 months prior for Atypical Tremors of my hands. I am 58 and they started 20 years ago, gradually getting worse. I am a pianist and have had problems playing so much that it has made me more depressed. The tremors also interfere with writing and using utensils. The medication I was put on worked wonders! She herself has a wonderful manner as well the receptionists whom I conversed with afterwards. I cannot express how happy my experiences with the staff have been. I am overjoyed at being able to play the piano again. It may not be 100% taken care of, but very few things like this are. Plus, I’m on other medications that actually CAUSE tremors. I thoroughly recommend her as I have had neurologists in the past who ignored it.
