Chatter Pediatric Therapy

Some of the worst customer service in town, which is a shame because the doctors and therapists are great. The girls at the front desk are rude and don’t communicate or return calls, they scoff and roll their eyes at customers whenever they’re slightly inconvenienced. There is a major mean girl vibe going on in that office for sure because it’s more than just one of them.

Was really looking forward to giving this place a try, I’ve heard so much positive things from the community. I have been very disappointed, their wait times are terrible, communication is even worst.

I was trying to get my son in for an evaluation and therapy. The person answering the phone told me that they will contact me next week to schedule an appointment. Two weeks went by, I called myself to only be told that we are on the waiting list. It’s been 3 months now and no one has contacted me.

I can not say enough good thing about this place they have been so amazing my son has been going to them since June and he loves it so much there, they have been so good with schedule changes and i even mess an appointment totally slipped my mind they were so wonderful about it told me not to worry about! They have just been all around the best!! My son see Brooke and Kelsey and he absolutely loves them they are so wonderful!!! I would recommend them for sure!!

I'm very thankful with Miss Brooke and Miss Hannah they're doing very very nice and lovely job with my little one. I would say this place it's a gift for this town. Thanks to all the team for help all this Littles ones.

Very easy to work with and my kids are always excited to go! Saw some improvements right away and just Can’t wait to see how much our kiddos benefit from their sessions!

We are beyond pleased with our experiences at Chatter. All the staff are so friendly with such positive energy! It is a very clean and happy environment and we always look forward to our time there. Williston is so lucky to have such a wonderful resource for our children! Highly recommend 👍

Excellent service! They go above and beyond what's expected. They work not just with little kids but preteens and teens. My son is 12 and we have had a great experience! Highly recommend.
