Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy & Learning Academy

Expect to wait a very long time for appointments. Therapist cancelled our scheduled appointment a few days before evaluation and next appointment is over 2 months later. We had already waited about 3 months for the 1st visit. Facility scheduling does not appear to work with client availability nor attempt to accommodate client needs or preferences. Appears that this is a “you get what’s offered, don’t like it, don’t care” attitude even when the cancellation came from the facility. Disappointed thus far. I’ll seek out other community options if available.

Chatterbox has a group of amazing therapists! Over the 5 years we have been seen for speech therapy we have had the opportunity to work with the majority of their staff and have been so fortunate to do so. Every therapist is so kind, knowledgeable, and fun. They go above and beyond to while helping your child work on the skills needed. We are so thankful for all of the services and help they have given our child.

My son loved going here and is definitely going to miss seeing Lindsay and Ashton. He has made such big strives and I will forever be grateful for their dedication towards my son. They listen to your concerns and make sure to address them in sessions or provide you with recommendations. Definitely reccomend to those in need of their services!

My daughter is currently undiagnosed, but very highly suspected to have ADHD and likely a form of high-functioning autism. She was able to learn skills to help her meet physical and mental needs, while I was simultaneously able to learn how best to support her and provide her an environment to thrive in, at home and beyond. Not only was I able to build my own awareness and skills to help my daughter, but I was given so many extra resources and referrals for other clinics and agencies that have been able to continue to fill in gaps and meet my daughter's needs. I don't have enough positive words to say about Chatterbox and Michelle, the wonderful therapist who became the highlight of our week before my daughter graduated out of the program. I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!

Chatterbox was amazing. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. My son went from not wanting to go and then by the end he didn't want to leave. Thank you so much for helping him!

Ms. Itxaso was absolutely amazing, she always was there for Lorelei in more then just speech. We will for sure miss seeing her smiling face every week.

We loved having Ms. Itxaso as our therapist. My son Eli just graduated speech therapy. We had Ms. Itxaso for about 4 years and Eli loved her. She was patient, understanding (especially on days where Eli didn't want to do anything) and she made it fun.

We have had So much experience at Chatterbox! Our daughter has had several excellent therapists to help her with her dyslexia, adhd and speech delay. Itxaso is an extremely knowledgeable speech therapist. Jane is the most patient occupational therapist. Emily and her team of learning academy teachers has been wonderful to work with over the past year. We feel so lucky to have worked with them all. My husband and I have seen so much growth in our daughter. She is more confident and sure in herself. It’s hard to explain but she is still the same person she has always been, it’s just like the best version of herself is being revealed. I would recommend Chatterbox to anyone

Our experience at Chatterbox has been wonderful. Ms Paige, our speech therapist, is an amazing teacher. She has opened our child’s mind. He has gone from single words to amazing vocabulary since working with her. He loves his time at Chatterbox and our family will always be thankful he was able to benefit from his experience there..
