I wouldn’t go to this place again if someone paid me to. I took myself and my daughter for our first and only appointment and we sat in an empty lobby waiting for someone to notice we were there for a while. The “therapist” finally came out to get us barefoot. Yes, I said barefoot. We poured out all of our problems and the last 5 minutes she decided to say her kids go to the same school as my daughter so if we weren’t comfortable with that to let her know. She mentioned it a few times within the last few minutes. Why would that be a problem if everything is completely confidential? Also, why wait until you know everything about us at the VERY end of our session? Our second appointment was supposed to be 1 week later. Literally right before the appointment (within a couple hours if that) she sent a text saying she’s sick but will get back to me SAME DAY to reschedule. That was 21 days ago. I have not received a phone call or a text to be rescheduled. We won’t be going back. I’d give 0 stars if I could!

Requires you to EMAIL payment information? In this day and age? That's ASKING for your information to be stolen. This place is part of the reason why most people who need therapy don't reach out.

My issue with this place is more of an issue with just one specific counselors that I will not publicly name due to privacy rights. Anyone thinking of going to therapy should stay clear of this place because at least one of the therapists here have no concern for the safety or the mental health of any of her clients and only cares about doing the minimum that her job requires in order to keep her license. I have scheduled SEVERAL appointments here and more than half of them have been cancelled on the day of the appointment as close as two hours before the scheduled appointment time. 10/10 do NOT recommend. This is the laziest and most hateful place of service I have seen. I'm gonna stop here because no one wants to read a book right now trying to find therapy but honestly I could go on and on.

It's hard to find a non religious based therapist in the Church of Christ capitol of the bible belt. Excellent therapist, receptionist, billing etc. Highly Recommend!!
