This place is an absolute nightmare. Avoid it if you value your health and sanity.

Awful again. I had 3 diagnosis' in 20 minutes. I was told I had lice one minute, which was so overwhelming and confusing, then lpn returned and said excema which even I know I don't have! Very condescending and a waste of time and money. I was desperate when I entered and am even more desperate now.

This was my first experience taking my daughter to the Dr here as we just moved here from FL. The lady in the registration office that took the insurance info was extremely condescending and very unprofessional. She was having issues creating a new patient chart for my daughter and was asking me the same question about the insurance multiple times. Then basically shood me away telling me to go she doesn't want me to be any later for the appointment. Then we see the Dr. Allnshe did was listen to her chest and look in her mouth. She came because she had a fever, sore throat, headache and burning when she urinated. She basically said give her ibuprofen and drink lots of liquids. Didn't even offer to do a sample of her urine or a covid and flu test. I have never had such a bad experience at a Dr office before. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

I had an emergency room visit, which actually ended me up in the hospital for four or five days. And the treatment that I received there was just beyond incredible. I think I had four or five doctors on my team. Nursing staff and it was just a wonderful experience !

This place is the biggest joke I've ever seen on the face of this Earth I was in the military been on one side of the continent to the other and I have never seen such a disgrace incompetence illegal procedures like going to an ER with my mom put her in the hallway send her home with one pain pill tell her she has this minor problem she shows up the next day with it even worse they took no blood no x-rays no anything now she's in the ER with no call button that's breaking a federal law this is how this place operates avoid at all cost all it will do is get you more upset and you'll probably get the wrong treatment anyways nothing but incompetent nurses and doctors

this hospital became almost useless in the last couple years. I just started looking for another hospital or clinics within 2 hours drive. very disappointing.

you guys want $42 million. but cant pay me to 200k you guys made a deal to do. dont trust this place

A year ago I left a 1-star review due to a pathetic billing system and CS. Today, I'll retract and give 5-stars. Billing system has been updated. It's now easy to work with, and easy to come up with a repayment plan I can keep up with. More importantly I had a medication reaction and was taken by ambulance to ED. I'm an RN and let me say that everything was done perfectly. I am so incredibley impressed (and in previous years, I was not). Great doctor, great nurses, great all around. Keep it up.
